Additional data base sources are available for a small fee.
So if you have six (6) divisions running different financial data bases The CEO Tool Bar will consolidate the results and display the big picture on your screen. Raw Data is feed from the financial system (as an example) to the database , where the rules (established by the business) are applied and sent to the display based on log-on profiles (also established in the rules database). An additional feature, allows you to subscribe to the best practices data base that will follow all display activity and when the user gets to a point in the data where they want to ask the question - "Now what do I do?" Click on the "?" icon and the best practices data base will display several suggestions - answers for that specific situation (all based on industry and revenue size of the company). Additional data bases - financials from another division using a different system, or supply chain management data ERP or similar and or revenue tracking from the CRM can all be fed into the same askSAM data base to be acted upon by the business rules you have established.
